“C-2” is yet another piece of film noir, and quite a good one, starring Dean Jagger as a tough, wise-cracking federal agent. (Aren’t they all?) This is a good story and it moves swiftly. Some violence, but most of it in shadow form. All in all, this is quite a good way to spend an hour. A note about the leading lady, Lottie Elwen – major cute.
